A capability check omission affects Tutor LMS plugin functionality on WordPress installations running version 3.9.3 and earlier. As a result, users with subscriber-level permissions or higher can manipulate coupons without authorization, including deleting them permanently. This vulnerability allows attackers to alter coupon status at will.
