CVE-2024-2220
The Buttonizer plugin for WordPress contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in its admin settings affecting versions 4.7 and earlier. Attackers with administrator access can inject malicious scripts into the plugin settings due to inadequate sanitization and escaping of input data. The injected scripts execute when users visit affected pages, though this vulnerability is limited to multisite WordPress installations or those where the unfiltered_html capability has been disabled. The issue was fixed in version 4.7.2.
